Relay potential

A contribution can become a possible continuation of another participant's work. Staff identify the unfinished activity, the available contribution, authorship, permission, a practical next step.

Someone leaves a diagram of the camera modification. A later visitor can test a permitted part of the explanation, supply another account, prepare a repair proposal. A reader answers an annotation, then another reader extends the question. The relay concerns a particular sequence rather than a general prediction of personal affinity.

New contributions may need their own records. Physical relays add care and handoff responsibilities. Staff preserve the link between steps while permitting a participant to stop. Researchers examine the subsequent activity and how its authors understand the earlier contribution.
