Temporal convergence

Staff can follow participants' changing questions or interests across visits, then consider a relation becoming relevant over time. They compare source dates, actual activity, the participant's current account, missing intervals.

A visitor begins with photographic technique, later returns to family memory. Another participant moves from collecting objects toward examining care and inheritance. A curator can propose contact around a current question after each person reviews the relevant account.

Change in recorded material can reflect new contributions or altered observation rather than a changed underlying interest. Longitudinal inquiry, continuity, revision preserve that context. The institution can offer a timely relation while leaving the participant free to move beyond an earlier concern.
