Encounter configuration
A host composes a proposed situation through participants, a possession or group of possessions, setting, question, activity, timing. Each choice changes the possible interaction. Staff identify the reason and assumptions before reviewing the actual result.
| Choice | Camera example |
|---|---|
| Participants | A custodian with a question and a visitor offering practical knowledge |
| Object | The particular modified camera and its condition record |
| Setting | A hosted workbench session |
| Question | The function and possible history of the modification |
| Activity | Examination and demonstration within existing permission |
| Timing | After independent contributions and accepted invitations |
Another configuration can invite a photographer and historian to discuss restoration before any intervention. A group may contribute differently from its isolated pairs. Contradiction, complementarity, event accounts explain the alternatives and actual evaluation.
