Room sensing

Organizers can install cameras, depth imaging, microphones, presence detection, environmental measures, positioning equipment in the venue. Staff use selected records to reconstruct movement, co-presence, conversation, handling, context. They document coverage and participation choices before a session.

The same action can be partly obscured or misattributed. Furniture, lighting, sound, multiple people, reflective material, device placement affect the available record. Staff test actual tasks in the selected rooms, record known gaps, retain a way to challenge a reconstruction.

Depth and presence devices, positioning, visual, audio, environmental records provide different evidence. Off-record arrangements require practical verification across adjacent coverage. The venue plan remains specific to surveyed conditions rather than a fixed technical drawing derived from the conceptual house.
