Visual observation
Staff can examine visible gestures, orientation, handling sequences, room activity through agreed images or video. Software can propose object detection, movement, action, association with a temporary participant. Reviewers inspect the relevant evidence before retaining a consequential claim.
A visitor may appear to open the camera while another person's hand or a reflection obscures the mechanism. A short image sequence can clarify the action but still omit the visitor's purpose. Staff retain the camera view, time, available detail, reconstruction uncertainty. A participant's later explanation supplies another attributed account.
Lighting, crowding, line of sight, recording position affect interpretation. Room installation, association, meaning explain those dependencies. A lasting photograph can also become an authored contribution under its own permission rather than merely remaining a session record.
