Entity association

Software or staff link a record to a particular possession, participant reference, place, account. They examine identifiers, time, visible features, explicit contributions, available context. An uncertain association remains subject to review.

Two similar books may appear in a room. Several people may handle the camera during overlapping conversation. A participant may contribute a note after leaving the immediate area. Staff need evidence for the particular link rather than treating proximity as proof. A deliberate tag presentation can support a different kind of association from an image-based estimate.

Temporary face or voice information can support association during an agreed session, subject to its scope and expiry. Durable records can retain selected pseudonymous relations. Session identity, object identifiers, uncertainty explain how staff preserve the distinction between a linked record and a verified civil identity.
