Session synchronization

Software and staff organize selected records around a common account of time. They retain each source's timestamps, offsets, precision, interruptions. Temporary participant or object references connect relevant records during an agreed interval.

For a book encounter, the record may include a shelf measurement, a position estimate, a speech segment, a written contribution. Staff compare their sequence and possible overlap. A delayed device clock or transcription can create an incorrect causal order, so the reconstruction retains uncertainty rather than silently treating timestamps as exact.

Researchers need to specify the resolution required by the actual question. A room-level visit history and a handling sequence have different demands. Association, extraction, local processing support the work. Selected events can persist after raw session material expires under the relevant permission.
