Temporary session association
Staff can give a participant a reference for an agreed visit or research interval. Software uses it to relate selected observations and contributions during that interval. The reference can come from a temporary tag, a chosen credential, an agreed association procedure.
Face or voice information may assist temporary association where authorized. Staff specify the purpose, review, expiry, permitted derived events. After the interval, they can retain selected pseudonymous contributions while clearing source material under the actual schedule. A lasting photograph or transcript requires the relevant retention and publication decision.
The procedure needs checks for mistaken association, shared devices, interrupted capture, a participant changing their choice. Association, synchronization, retention explain the dependencies. A participant can choose to connect selected visits through continuity rather than assuming every session belongs to an ongoing profile.
