Processing sequence
Staff and software carry selected records through distinct operations. The sequence can repeat after a correction, changed permission, new analysis. Each retained result needs its basis and current status.
| Operation | Activity |
|---|---|
| Capture | Collect the agreed record from a device or participant. |
| Local preparation | Align time, check quality, prepare a permitted working representation. |
| Event extraction | Propose a specified action or change from the inputs. |
| Entity association | Link the proposal to a particular object or scoped participant reference. |
| Evidence linking | Retain the relevant source and context for inspection. |
| Interpretation | Attribute a possible meaning or reason to a particular interpreter. |
| Review | Examine evidence, uncertainty, permission, proposed consequence. |
| Authorized retention | Preserve the agreed fields for their specified purpose and interval. |
| Query and reprocessing | Use current permissions while revisiting records or preparing a further proposal. |
For a handling event, software may first detect movement, propose lifting, associate the book, link a permitted image, then prepare a reviewed event. A participant's later explanation receives separate attribution. Extraction, association, evidence, retention develop the dependencies.
