Evidence links
Staff connect a relevant claim or proposed action to the source material used by its author or software. They retain enough context to inspect the reasoning while applying the source's access and retention choices.
A proposed reply may reference the custodian's contributed question and a visitor's technical observation. A reviewer can inspect the selected accounts, confirm their relevance, determine the information permitted in an invitation. A public explanation may disclose only a narrow summary while a responsible reviewer can inspect more detail.
An expired raw record may leave a permitted derived account with an explicit limit on further verification. Staff describe that situation rather than implying continuing access to unavailable evidence. Attribution, retention, invitation review govern the use. Evidence linking supports contestability while requiring its own privacy administration.
