Returns to the visitor
Staff can offer a letter, photograph, print, profile, question, invitation, gift, loan, transfer after an encounter. Each return creates different possibilities and responsibilities. Organizers explain the actual offer and its optional next step.
A guest may receive a print made during the evening, an account for private reflection, news about their deposited possession, a proposed repair session. A letter can be opened later. A temporary loan continues responsibility beyond the venue. A profile remains an authored interpretation requiring review and scope.
Staff distinguish promised production from contingent future contact. They also record whether the participant values the offered form and any resulting activity. Letters, encounters, transfers, new objects develop these consequences. An ordinary visit can remain valuable without a further institutional record or relationship.
